Visitors land on the home page and never see who they would actually meet. The new site puts Dr. Heather's Webster Technique training, Dr. Matthew's CMCC + Toronto Microbiology credentials, and Caroline's RMT modalities directly under the practice intro, with real photos.
- The mobile menu is a single hamburger with no labels
On a phone, the Wix nav collapses to one icon with eleven items behind it. Most visitors never tap it. The new build keeps the same content, but surfaces Treatment / Team / Visit and Fees as three persistent tabs.
- Webster Technique gets one line on a sub-page
The certification is one of the clinic's strongest differentiators for pregnant patients. On the current site it's a single sentence on the Pregnancy page. The new build gives it a homepage callout with the three delivery factors explained in plain English.
- No Worker's Comp or auto-accident messaging anywhere on the homepage
"Full coverage, no referral needed" is buried inside the Fees page. The new homepage promotes it as a primary trust signal, which is exactly what someone Googling "chiropractor near me after car accident" is looking for.
- It works, but it blends in
The site does the job, but nothing about it makes someone stop and say “this place looks great.” You're doing the work, the site just isn't showing it off.

Insurance, appointment length, referrals, first visit, X-rays, safety, kids and seniors, education, pain during treatment, expected recovery, and the "do I have to come back forever?" question. All eleven answered verbatim from the existing FAQ page.
