Cadence after that is whatever suits the work. Weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or as-needed. Renée will be honest about what serves you, including stopping when sessions are no longer useful.

Specific meeting location is arranged during scheduling. Sessions are in person where possible and virtual otherwise, depending on your situation and preference.
Byron is the south-west corner of London, tucked between Springbank Park and the Thames River. Quiet streets, walking trails, a few good cafes. It is a calm place to do the kind of work career counselling asks of you.
Most clients come from the surrounding London neighbourhoods, with the occasional virtual session for folks further afield in southwestern Ontario.
