Career transitions
When the next move is unclear or the current role no longer fits. We sort the noise from the signal and shape a concrete next step.
This is a brand-new website. Renée is a solo practitioner who has been working out of LinkedIn until now. The phone is real. The intro call is free. If you have a question about whether career counselling can help, the fastest way to find out is to call.
Call to BookFreed And On Fire Counselling is a one-person practice run by Renée Willis. There is no clinic, no front desk, no waiting list. You call. Renée calls back. You talk.
The name is the whole thesis. Freed from where you are stuck. On fire about where you are going. The work is honest, the scope is named, and the first call costs nothing.
About Renée
Four broad reasons folks call. Your situation is unlikely to match any of these exactly, and that is fine. Renée will tailor the work to your specifics on the intro call.
When the next move is unclear or the current role no longer fits. We sort the noise from the signal and shape a concrete next step.
For people who are functioning fine on paper but uncertain underneath. We turn vague unease into a working definition of what you actually want.
When you have run hot for too long and the fire is now a fog. We rebuild your relationship with work from the values out, not from the calendar in.
Forty, fifty, sixty year old changes of direction. Renouncing what no longer serves and reclaiming what does, without the cliches.
Three simple stages. None of them are clever. All of them are deliberate.
A short phone call. You describe what is going on. Renée listens, asks two or three questions, and tells you honestly whether career counselling is the right fit. No pressure either way.
If you continue, the first paid session is about getting a clear picture of where you stand, what you want, and what is in the way. You leave with one or two named things to work on.
From there, sessions happen at whatever cadence suits you. Weekly. Fortnightly. Monthly. The work continues only as long as it is useful, and you stop the moment it is not.
The freed part is permission. The on-fire part is direction. Counselling is the bridge between them, and a phone call is how it starts.
