Freed And On Fire Counselling is the working name of Renée Willis, a career counsellor based in Byron, London Ontario. The whole practice is one person, one phone, and the work that follows from a real conversation.
The Name
Freed. And on fire.
The brand is the whole thesis. Freed is the part where you stop carrying the version of yourself that no longer fits. The job you outgrew. The expectations you inherited. The story that used to be true and is not any more.
On fire is the part where you reconnect with what you actually want. Not what looks good, not what is impressive, but what is genuinely yours to want.
Career counselling is the bridge between the two. The work is not loud. It is steady, deliberate, and one conversation at a time.

No clinic gatekeeper
No reception, no triage form, no waiting list. You call Renée directly. If she cannot pick up, she calls you back, usually within a day.

If career counselling is not the right tool for what you are facing, Renée will say so on the intro call. Wrong fit is named, not glossed over.
