What to expect when you walk in.

Front desk check-in
Bring your OHIP card and insurance details if applicable. We confirm coverage at check-in.

Pre-testing
An assistant walks you through a few pre-tests, including retinal imaging, before you see the optometrist.

Eye exam with the optometrist
Full vision and eye health assessment. We talk through what we see in plain English as we go.

Frames, lenses, or contacts
If you need glasses or contacts, our opticians help you pick the right fit on the spot. No pressure.
