A look at stephaniehullarttherapy.com

Same practice.
Owned homepage.

A premium solo practitioner should not be renting their homepage forever. Here is what changes when the site reads like Stephanie's practice, not like a Weebly template.

Why upgrade

Your website today vs. what it could be.

We built this preview from everything already on your site, reorganized, redesigned, and priced to own outright.

Your website today
Here's what's holding it back
  • stephaniehullarttherapy.com runs on a paid Weebly plan

The current site is hosted on Weebly (the logo asset is served from a Weebly /uploads/ path), at the $12 to $26 per month Pro or Business tier, billed forever. A premium solo practice paying a monthly platform fee is the easy fix, the new build is yours, $250 once, $0 monthly.

  • Gallery of Art page is now behind a Cloudflare challenge

Visiting the live site triggers an interactive Cloudflare challenge before any content loads. Prospective clients cannot preview your Gallery of Art without passing the challenge or holding an account. For an art therapist, the portfolio IS the pitch, and the gate stops referrers, parents, and intake calls before they even see Stephanie's work.

  • Weebly template lock-in for a one-of-one practitioner

Stephanie's bio is the brand, Bachelor's in Criminal Sociology, Master's in Art Therapy, CRPO registration, Third Degree Black Belt, board work, bilingual English and French practice. A stock Weebly template can't carry that story. The new build leads with her credentials in the opening fold.

  • Encrypted contact form means no clear email path

The site uses Weebly's form widget without a visible email address. Owners and referrers cannot copy and paste a working address into a referral letter, an intake packet, or an insurance form. The new build keeps Stephanie's privacy intact while spelling out the route clearly on Contact.

  • No online intake forms despite the Therapy Forms nav link

The current nav promises Therapy Forms but the page is a static list, not fillable. New patients still have to handle paperwork in-room or by email back-and-forth. The new build can host fillable PDFs or a simple intake step that arrives in Stephanie's inbox before the first session.

  • No Stephanie photo on the homepage

Stephanie IS the practice. Solo independent art therapists hire on personal trust, not template polish. The current homepage carries stock imagery and headlines but not the practitioner. The new build features Stephanie's portrait and a clear "About Stephanie" block above the fold.

  • FAQs and Gallery of Art buried in secondary nav

Two of the strongest differentiators, the answers to common questions and a portfolio of session work, sit on separate pages a click or two away from the homepage. The new build surfaces FAQ content on the homepage and treats the gallery as a brand asset, not a back-of-site afterthought.

  • It works, but it blends in

The site does the job, but nothing about it makes someone stop and say “this place looks great.” You're doing the work, the site just isn't showing it off.

And here's what it's costing you
$12 to $26 per month, forever
Forever. Month after month, whether anyone visits or not.

What you'd get with Launchpad
  • Credentials as the headline, not the fine print

Bachelor's in Criminal Sociology, Master's level diploma from Vancouver Art Therapy Institute, CRPO Registered Psychotherapist, member of the Canadian Art Therapy Association and Ontario Art Therapy Association. All five surfaced on the homepage and About page in one read.

  • Third Degree Black Belt as a brand differentiator

Ten plus years of martial arts training is a rare combination with a Registered Psychotherapist practice. It signals discipline, patience, and respect for process, all the things clients want in a therapist. The new build gives it its own card on About, not a buried sentence.

  • Board work as a community-trust signal

Advisory Board, Children's Miracle Winter Ball. Vice Chair and Treasurer, Board of Arts Creative. Two real community roles that say "this practitioner is anchored in London." The new build features them on About; the current site does not surface them at all.

  • "Where the brush is the bridge" as the practice voice

An aesthetic direction that reads as gallery and studio, not medical office. Inknut Antiqua paired with Manjari, aubergine paired with canvas and ochre. The current Weebly template reads as therapist-generic; this one reads as Stephanie's.

  • Verbatim philosophy quote as a pull

"Privilege and confidentiality are central to the therapist-patient relationship." Stephanie's own line, lifted from the live About page, given a full-bleed pull quote on the homepage and the About page. The current site has it; only the new build features it.

  • Bilingual practice surfaced on every page

Services available in English and French is a real differentiator in London. The new build features the bilingual badge in the homepage trust strip and lists it among the registrations on About, where referrers and bilingual families will see it on the first read.

  • $250 once. $0 monthly. Owned.

No more Weebly subscription. Hosted on Cloudflare Pages with a clean preview URL today. Point stephaniehullarttherapy.com at the new build whenever you are ready to switch, with no monthly bill after that.
