Call, or send
a quiet note.
Stephanie sees clients by appointment only. The first conversation is short, low-pressure, and meant to figure out whether art therapy is the right fit for what you are working on.
If Stephanie is in session, leave a voicemail with your name and a good time to reach you. Calls returned the same business day where possible.

Stephanie does not hold drop-in hours. All sessions are scheduled in advance so the room, materials, and attention can be set for you.

First session
Booked at the studio at 205-1288 Commissioners Rd W. Materials are provided. Wear what you can sit comfortably in; expect to leave with a calmer room than the one you came in with.

Plan from there
After the first session, you and Stephanie shape a plan that fits your goals, your pace, and your schedule. Individualised, not formulaic.
