Call, or send
a quiet note.

Stephanie sees clients by appointment only. The first conversation is short, low-pressure, and meant to figure out whether art therapy is the right fit for what you are working on.

Your first contact, plainly

From first call to first session.

  1. 01

    Reach out

Call or send a note through the contact form. A few sentences about what you are working on are plenty; you do not need to write a full history.

  2. 02

    Brief conversation

Stephanie reaches back to talk through what brought you in, scheduling, and whether art therapy is a good fit. About fifteen minutes, no charge.

  3. 03

    First session

Booked at the studio at 205-1288 Commissioners Rd W. Materials are provided. Wear what you can sit comfortably in; expect to leave with a calmer room than the one you came in with.

  4. 04

    Plan from there

After the first session, you and Stephanie shape a plan that fits your goals, your pace, and your schedule. Individualised, not formulaic.
