Clinical Experience

A practitioner who has
worked the hard rooms.

9+
Years in the field

Nine years of working with both physically and mentally disabled individuals. The clinical grounding in adapted, accessible practice that came out of those years travels into every session today.

High-risk
Specialised work

Specialised work with children, youths, and adults in high-risk situations. The kind of practice that does not flinch from the difficult material, while still keeping the room safe.

5
Settings worked

Experience across schools, juvenile detention centres, women's shelters, group homes, and street outreach. Five very different rooms, one practice that has adapted to each.

Privilege and confidentiality are central to the therapist-patient relationship.

A note from Stephanie
Community Involvement

Boards and giving back.

  • Children's Miracle Winter Ball
Advisory Board member. Fundraising work supporting children's health initiatives in the region.
  • Board of Arts Creative
Vice Chair and Treasurer. A nonprofit supporting the arts community. The role anchors the practice in the broader creative life of London.
Beyond Therapy

The discipline of the long practice.

Third Degree Black Belt with 10+ years of martial arts training.

Years on the mat teach the same things art therapy teaches in the room. How to breathe through a difficult moment. How to stay with a process that has no shortcut. How to meet the work where it is, without rushing it.
