Our audit tool returned a TLS handshake failure when fetching the domain (SSL_ERROR_SYSCALL). DNS shows Rackspace email (emailsrvr.com) but the site itself isn't responding cleanly to non-browser clients. That's a sign of a misconfigured Cloudflare or origin TLS that's costing you Google crawling and indexing.

- Drs. Egli + Moffatt as owners aren't surfaced on home
Independent, owner-operated veterinary practice is increasingly rare as national chains buy up clinics. Dr. Gillian Egli (owner) + Dr. Shannon Moffatt (owner, OVC 2004, 20+ years) are the brand. They appear once on a team page deep in the nav.
- Care to Share community fund is buried as a sub-page link
An owner-funded community program that helps clients afford unexpected veterinary bills is a unique trust signal. The current site lists it as one of fourteen nav items. The new design gives it a dedicated section on Services + Home.
- It works, but it blends in
The site does the job, but nothing about it makes someone stop and say “this place looks great.” You're doing the work, the site just isn't showing it off.
