Why your site should look like this.
This page isn't a sales pitch. It's a plain-English look at what your current website is doing well, what it's doing poorly, and what Launchpad would change if you gave us the green light.
- Squarespace commerce plan recurs monthly
nicolerushnd.com is built on Squarespace. The plan tier that includes the booking and payment features runs around $33 to $55 per month, billed forever. The redesigned site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages at no monthly cost, so the recurring fee disappears entirely.
- Lead-data address shows the wrong location
Our lead file listed "Byron Natural Health Centre" as the practice address, but the live Squarespace site shows 130 High Street, N6C 4K4. We are surfacing the High Street address everywhere on the redesigned site, and we have flagged the discrepancy on the dashboard so it gets fixed in the source data too.
- Eight focus areas + fourteen condition tags are flat lists
The current site presents the conditions you treat as a flat list of fourteen items inside one giant block of text. The redesigned site reorganises them: a fourteen-card "what I work on" grid on Home, and eight focus-area chapters on Services with verbatim explanations of how naturopathic medicine approaches each.
- Pricing is buried inside a wall of bookable services
Initial $300, Follow-up Two $250, Follow-up $155. Right now those numbers are mixed in with the booking flow. The redesigned site puts them as their own three-card section on Home AND as the centerpiece of Services, so patients can decide whether the fees work before they ever click Book.
- Pay-what-you-can sliding scale is barely visible
One of the most generous things about your practice is the sliding-scale option. On the live site it is one line in a long sidebar. The redesigned site surfaces it in the hero stats row, on the fees card, and on the Contact page. Patients who need it will see it.
- Initial-visit booking funnel uses Squarespace's appointment widget
The widget works but the styling is generic and the confirmation flow is full of Squarespace branding. The redesigned site keeps phone + email as the primary booking paths (easier for the demographic you serve) with the option to wire into your existing scheduler later if you want.
- Squarespace charges you every single month
And the day you stop paying, your website disappears. You don't own it, you rent it, forever. For most small businesses that's $300 to $500 a year, just to have a website exist.
- "Helping people struggling with eat, sleep, and feel better" as the hero
Verbatim from your live site. Set in Cardo display serif on a warm stone background with the moss-deep palette signalling naturopathic earth.
- Pricing surfaced in two places
Three pricing cards on Home (75 / 60 / 45 minutes), plus the full breakdown on Services with "what's included" bullets per visit type.
- Eight focus-area chapter cards on Services
Hormones, gut, mental health, fertility, energy and sleep, thyroid and immune, weight and eating, allergies. Each with three sentences of plain-English context about how naturopathic medicine approaches it.
- Five-step "the path" timeline on About
Dance, shiatsu, vegetarian-restaurant management in Toronto, your own health journey, CCNM, practice. Tells your story chronologically so patients understand who they are sitting across from.
- Map embed plus full hours table on Contact
Mon to Thu 9-4 visualised in a hours table, with Closed greyed out for Fri/Sat/Sun. Map embed of 130 High Street so the address is visual, not just text.
- Diagnostic testing surfaced as a feature, not a footnote
Lifelabs and Dynacare blood, stool testing, SIBO breath testing, DUTCH Complete hormone test, 24-hour cortisol. A trust signal that data drives the plan.
- A site that actually looks like a real business
Modern design that matches how your business actually feels, not a clicked-together template that looks like everyone else's.
- Works perfectly on phones
Most people looking for you are on a phone. This site is built for phones first, then tablets, then laptops, in that order.
- Everything you already have, better organized
Your hours, your services, your photos, your prices, your booking link, your menu, all of it, in one clean place that people can actually find.
- Fast, secure, and runs itself
Hosted on Cloudflare, the same network that powers Shopify and Discord. Always online, always secure, always fast. No plugins to update.
- You own it. Pay once. Forever.
$250 one time. No monthly fees for hosting. No subscription. No lock-in. The site is yours to keep, forever.

The monthly fees you'd be paying elsewhere.
Most website builders charge you every single month. The day you stop paying, your website is gone. Here's what that actually looks like over a year:
