Dr. Nicole Rush is a Naturopathic Doctor in London, Ontario who helps people struggling with to eat, sleep, and feel better. She became a naturopathic doctor after experiencing depression, anxiety, fatigue, stress, and severe PMS.
She initially studied dance at university, later trained as a certified shiatsu therapist, managed a vegetarian restaurant in Toronto, and ultimately enrolled at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) to expand her therapeutic capabilities.
She emphasises holistic approaches and "taking on less, eating simply, and connecting with nature". Most of her practice spans hormones, sleep, gut, fertility, post-partum, and mental health.
How I got here.
Initially studied dance.
Trained and certified as a shiatsu therapist.
Managed a vegetarian restaurant.
Lived through depression, anxiety, fatigue, stress, and severe PMS firsthand. Began searching for what would actually help.
Enrolled at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine to expand her therapeutic capabilities.
Now practising in London, Ontario. Focused on hormones, sleep, gut, mental health, fertility, and the intersections between them.
