Focus areas

Eight things I spend the most time on.

None of these live in isolation. A weight-management case is often a thyroid case. A sleep case is often a hormones case. Naturopathic medicine treats the whole picture.

Energy and sleep

Exhaustion and insomnia

If you are tired all the time or not sleeping well, that has root causes worth investigating: thyroid, cortisol, blood sugar, iron, B12, sleep architecture. We will rule things in or out, not guess.

Hormones

PMS, menopause, hormonal imbalance

Severe PMS is what brought me to this work originally. DUTCH Complete hormone testing and a targeted plan can change what cycles look like, what perimenopause and menopause feel like, what your moods do.

Gut

Digestive and gut health

Bloating, IBS-pattern symptoms, SIBO, food sensitivities. Comprehensive stool testing, SIBO breath testing, and a plan that actually clears symptoms rather than just managing them.

Mental health

Depression and anxiety

I became a naturopathic doctor after my own experiences with depression, anxiety, fatigue, and stress. The work here is rarely "one supplement", it is the whole picture: sleep, nutrients, hormones, gut, what you are eating, what you are carrying.

Fertility

Fertility and pregnancy

Pre-conception preparation, fertility support, and post-partum health. We work alongside fertility clinics and OBs, not against them.

Thyroid and immune

Thyroid health and immune support

Comprehensive thyroid testing beyond just TSH. Autoimmune-pattern support. Immune resilience during high-stress seasons.

Weight and eating

Weight and eating habits

Less about diets, more about why the patterns are sticky. Often hormonal, often gut-related, often nervous-system related. We work on the actual cause.

Allergies

Allergies and sensitivities

Seasonal, food, environmental. Naturopathic medicine has solid tools here, used alongside conventional care where it makes sense.
