Most families book birth doula support in the second trimester (weeks 14 to 28). Late additions are welcome if the schedule allows, especially for postpartum, lactation, and encapsulation services.

Receipts are provided after each service. Doula and lactation services may be eligible for reimbursement through extended health benefits, depending on your plan. Please confirm with your insurer.
