- Wordmark says "Cr8tv Therapy", the URL says "holistictherapylondon"
Visitors searching either name should land somewhere coherent. Right now the live site identifies as Cr8tv Therapy in the wordmark, but the URL and lead-data both use "Holistic Therapy London". The redesigned site centres "Cr8tv Therapy" as the brand on every page, with "Amy Forristal RP CYW MA" as the supporting line so prospective clients know who they are reaching out to.
- Two phone numbers shown without context
The current site lists 519-476-0339 and 226-756-2131 side-by-side with no indication of which to call when. The redesigned site keeps both but the second is footnoted as an alternate, so it is one less decision for prospective clients at a hard moment.
- Specializations are presented as a long bullet list
Grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, conflict, boundaries, anger, teens, populations served. Currently all stacked together on one page. The redesigned site uses an eight-card grid on Home plus a seven-chapter Services page with verbatim "what we work on" lists per chapter.
- No EHB-eligibility messaging
Registered Psychotherapist services are covered by many extended health plans. The redesigned site says so on Services, Contact, and About, with the receipts-on-completion promise. Many prospective clients are waiting for exactly this confirmation before they call.
- Crisis-line resources missing
Mental-health practitioner sites should surface 9-8-8, 911, and Reach Out (519-433-2023) as a duty-of-care card. Missing from the current site, present on the redesigned Contact page.
- Lead-data has a duplicate slug
Our internal record has both "amy-d-forristal-rp-cyw-ma-holistic-therapy-london" and "holistic-therapy-london-amy-d-forristal-rp" as separate slugs for the same practice. The first uses your direct phone (519-476-0339), the second has an unfamiliar number (226-840-0055) that may belong to the collective rather than you. We have flagged the duplicate for cleanup; mention which numbers actually reach you so we can collapse them correctly.
- Wix charges you every single month

Eight populations listed as visual chips: teens and young adults, elders, immigrants and refugees, women, Indigenous and Black people, people of colour, people with disabilities, LGBTQ2S+. Visible inclusion, not a paragraph buried on About.
- Mind / Body / Spirit "About me" anchor on About
Three cards explaining the three layers of the integrative approach. Plain language. Replaces the live site's vague header navigation.

One dedicated card on Contact explaining how the practice sits inside the larger collective on Springbank, so visitors know the context before they show up.
