Cr8tv Therapy is a Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO) practice. Most extended health benefit plans cover RP-led psychotherapy at some level. Receipts are issued at the end of every session and are submission-ready.
Sliding-scale options are available where the standard fee creates a barrier. Mention this at the intake call.
The first conversation is by phone, no cost, about fifteen to twenty minutes. We talk about what is showing up for you, what you have already tried, and what kind of support you are looking for.
If we are a good match, we book the first session. If we are not, I help you find someone who is.
Cr8tv Therapy operates out of the Brenda Sousa and Associates collective on Springbank Drive. Reception, intake support, and adjacent specialists (other psychotherapy modalities, social work, etc.) are part of the same building.
