Amy Forristal is a Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO), Child and Youth Worker, and Master's-level practitioner in conflict resolution and mediation. Cr8tv Therapy is her practice, integrating gestalt psychotherapy with creative-expression tools.
Meet Amy
Amy Forristal.
Amy is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She is also a Child and Youth Worker and holds a Master of Arts in Conflict Resolution and Mediation.
The practice integrates gestalt-therapy roots (present-focused, body-aware, dialogic) with creative-expression tools drawn from her CYW training. Most clients work across mind, body, and spirit, the three layers the practice is built around.
Cr8tv Therapy operates as a small private practice at 782 Springbank Drive in London, associated with the Brenda Sousa and Associates collective on site.

Body
The nervous-system and somatic layer. Where emotion lives before language reaches it. Often the slowest but most lasting work.

The meaning and connection layer. What matters, what we are oriented toward, what is bigger than us. Not religious by default, but always honoured if it is.
Where the practice sits
782 Springbank Drive, Byron-adjacent.
The practice is on Springbank Drive at the east edge of the Byron community. It is associated with the Brenda Sousa and Associates collective, sharing intake support and physical space with allied practitioners.
For new clients, parking is available on-site. The intake call is by phone and the first session is in-person unless we agree otherwise.
