Why your site should look like this.
This page isn't a sales pitch. It's a plain-English look at what your current website is doing well, what it's doing poorly, and what Launchpad would change if you gave us the green light.
- No website at all
When prospective clients search "Amir Saeidi London counselling" they currently land on directory listings or nothing. Most of those listings are out of date and none of them present the practice the way you would. The redesigned site fixes that by going live on Cloudflare Pages with a real preview at preview.launchpadmediacanada.ca/amir-saeidi-counselling-services/.
- Address privacy is a real concern for a home-based practice
Home-based therapy practices need to protect the exact street address until a client has booked. A typical template website blasts the address into the footer and the schema. The redesigned site uses "Westmount, London ON" and "address confirmed in your booking" instead, with the exact address only sent in the booking confirmation email.
- No first-impression way to explain what you do
Right now anyone hearing about Amir from a referral has to take it on faith. The redesigned site uses plain-English chapters (intro call / individual counselling / couples / family-system sessions) that explain how a session actually works, what each one costs, and who you are not the right fit for.
- Phone-only intake is hard for shy clients
Many counselling clients find a cold-call hard. The redesigned site keeps the call as the primary intake (it should be) but adds the option to email Amir through the contact page for clients who want to send a few details first before scheduling the call.
- Cultural framing not surfaced anywhere
Newcomer adjustment and cultural-context work are part of the practice but currently invisible until the first call. The redesigned site names them, on Home and About, so clients who are looking for that specific quality know they have found the right practitioner.
- You don't have a website yet
When someone searches for your business on their phone, they hit dead air. A good chunk of new customers never call because they couldn't check you out online first.
- Visitors see a "Not Secure" warning
Chrome and Safari flag your website with a scary warning because it doesn't have a little lock icon. Most people hit back before they read a single thing.
- The site doesn't work on phones
Text is tiny. Buttons don't fit. Images overflow. About 7 in 10 people looking for a local business in London are on a phone, and most of them leave immediately.
- The design looks out of date
Customers decide whether to trust a business in under 5 seconds, and they use the website to do it. A dated look makes an excellent business look like it's not paying attention.
- "A space to talk it through" as the hero
Set in PT Serif display on a deep-indigo gradient over a quiet consulting-room photo. Calm, grounded, professional without being clinical.
- Four-chapter Services page
Twenty-minute intro call, individual counselling, couples, family-system sessions. Each with six concrete bullet points of what is included. Clients know what they are signing up for before they call.
- Address-privacy framing on Contact
"Westmount, London ON, address confirmed in your booking" everywhere except the booking confirmation. Protects the home-based office while still giving location context.
- Crisis-line card on Contact
Clear statement that this practice is not a crisis service, with the local 9-8-8, 911, Reach Out 519-433-2023, and CMHA Middlesex resources surfaced. Standard duty-of-care for a counselling site, often missing from template solutions.
- Twenty-minute intro framing surfaced everywhere
On the hero, on Services, on About, and on Contact. Reduces the barrier for first-time clients who do not know what they are signing up for.
- Extended-health-benefit messaging
RSW counselling is often EHB-eligible. The redesigned site says so on Services and Contact, with the receipts-on-completion promise.
- A site that actually looks like a real business
Modern design that matches how your business actually feels, not a clicked-together template that looks like everyone else's.
- Works perfectly on phones
Most people looking for you are on a phone. This site is built for phones first, then tablets, then laptops, in that order.
- Everything you already have, better organized
Your hours, your services, your photos, your prices, your booking link, your menu, all of it, in one clean place that people can actually find.
- Fast, secure, and runs itself
Hosted on Cloudflare, the same network that powers Shopify and Discord. Always online, always secure, always fast. No plugins to update.
