What I can help with.
Two practices that often work together. Breastfeeding support is what I am known for. Craniosacral therapy is the broader work that supports any body, at any age. Visits happen in your home, or virtually when that suits you better.
Breastfeeding consultation and support
For breastfeeding consultations, ideally I would love to see you in person, however I understand that is not always possible. All of my in-person breastfeeding consultations include both breastfeeding support and craniosacral therapy for the infant. Individual consultation for the stage you are at, and realistic, no judgement feeding goals and information will be discussed after a thorough assessment of your situation.
Craniosacral therapy
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, manual therapy that assists the body to regulate and function optimally. For an infant, CST can be provided almost anywhere: on a treatment table or couch, while feeding, or in a parent's arms. CST supports the body at any stage or age of life, and booking for this is open in my practice whether or not breastfeeding is something you are needing support with.
