What I can help with.
Two distinct practices, often working together. Breastfeeding support is what I am known for. Craniosacral therapy is the broader work that supports any body, at any age.
Breastfeeding consultation
As an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant with a background in neonatal intensive care, labour and delivery, and postpartum care, this is the work I have devoted my career to. We meet in your home, we look at how baby is feeding, and we work through whatever is showing up.
- + Latch and positioning
- + Supply concerns (too much, too little)
- + Slow weight gain
- + Sore or damaged nipples
- + Returning to work and pumping plans
- + Weaning and night-feeding transitions
- + Tongue tie assessment and follow-up
- + Bottle introduction without confusion
Craniosacral therapy
Craniosacral therapy supports the body at any stage or age of life. Booking for CST is open in my practice whether or not breastfeeding is something you are needing support with. Babies, toddlers, adults, postpartum bodies, all welcome.
- + Newborn craniosacral assessment
- + Birth-related tension and asymmetry
- + Postpartum recovery for the parent
- + Tongue-tie post-revision support
- + Reflux and colic-pattern fussiness
- + Sleep restlessness
- + Adult tension headaches and TMJ
- + Stress-pattern release
How it works.
Reach out by phone, text, or email. Tell me a bit about what is happening and how soon you would like to be seen. I will confirm a window and come to you.
IBCLC services and CST sessions are often eligible for reimbursement through extended health benefits, depending on your plan. I provide receipts at the end of every visit.
