I am Alaina Clunas, a registered nurse, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, and craniosacral therapist. I have had the pleasure of working with babies and families for over 15 years.

I am now devoting all my time to helping babies and mothers have a positive breastfeeding experience, in the comfort of your own home.

Craniosacral therapy (CST)

A gentle, hands-on therapy that helps the body regulate and function optimally. For an infant, CST can be provided almost anywhere: on a treatment table or couch, while feeding, or in a parent's arms.

How I work

I come to your home.

Ideally I would love to see you in person, though I understand that is not always possible. All of my in-person breastfeeding consultations include both breastfeeding support and craniosacral therapy for your infant.

For families beyond my regular service area, travel can be arranged at an adjusted rate. Just ask.
