Same clinic.
Cleaner front door.
Five practitioners. Seven services. Eight years in Byron. Here is what changes when the site reads like the clinic does, without trading away the Jane App booking flow you already trust.
Your website today vs. what it could be.
We built this preview from everything already on your site, reorganized, redesigned, and priced to own outright.
- Cloudflare challenge fires on a cold homepage load
New visitors hitting 360healthgroup.ca for the first time see a Cloudflare verification screen instead of the homepage. Even when it clears in a second or two, that is a real chunk of patient confidence spent before the site has loaded. The new build is on a clean Cloudflare Pages domain with no challenge wall.
- Online booking is buried inside the nav
Jane App is the actual booking system, and it works well, but the link to it lives inside the main nav rather than as a permanent CTA in the header and on every page. New patients are tapping around looking for a way to book. The new build keeps a high-contrast Book Online button in the header and in every section.
- No team page, no faces, no credentials on the homepage
John, Adriana, Andrea, Laura, and Alexandra are five real people with real degrees and real specialties (pelvic health, sport, concussion, RMT). None of that is on the homepage. The new build leads with the team, names, and credentials so people choose a practitioner before they pick up the phone.
- Service pages read like a glossary
Each service (running physio, pelvic health, prenatal and postpartum, shockwave) is its own page on the current site, but the copy is generic and the same intro repeats three times. The new build rewrites each service as a chapter with what it treats, what to expect, what is covered, and a single clear CTA.
- The Facebook page is labelled "Synergy Centre Physiotherapy"
The footer of the live site points to facebook.com/synergycentrephysiotherapy, which is the pre-rebrand Facebook URL. The brand has been 360 Health Group since March 2018. The new build wires up the @360healthgroup Facebook and Instagram handles consistently across the footer.
- No CDCP or insurance language up front
Most patients pay through extended health benefits and want to know in five seconds whether you direct-bill. The new build puts a Direct Billing notice bar right under the hero, with WSIB, MVA, and most major insurers called out.
- It works, but it blends in
The site does the job, but nothing about it makes someone stop and say “this place looks great.” You're doing the work, the site just isn't showing it off.
- Five practitioners surfaced on the homepage
John Smallwood (BPE Acadia '97, BSc Physiotherapy Dalhousie '00), Adriana (BSc Western '04, MPT D'Youville '08, pelvic health and concussion), Andrea (BA Kin Brock '12, MSc PT McMaster '14), Laura (women's pelvic health and chronic pain), and Alexandra Dabbs (RMT). Real names, real credentials, on the homepage and a dedicated team page.
- Every service has a clear chapter and a clear CTA
Physiotherapy, running physio, pelvic health, prenatal and postpartum, registered massage therapy, shockwave, and acupuncture all get their own anchored section with what it treats, what to expect, and a single Book Online button. No repeating glossary intros.
- Book Online lives in the header, the footer, and every page
Jane App is still your booking system, no migration, no new vendor. The link just becomes visible. A high-contrast Book Online button sits in the header, in the hero, after every service chapter, and in the footer. Three to five times more booking surface than the current site.
- Direct billing surfaced in the first scroll
A Direct Billing notice bar runs below the hero. WSIB and MVA claims are flagged. The "what to bring" checklist on the Contact page asks for insurance card so day one feels smooth.
- One-time $250 build, $0 monthly, owned outright
No Cloudflare-challenge wall on the front door, no recurring hosting subscription, no template wrestling. Hosted on Cloudflare Pages with a clean preview URL today and 360healthgroup.ca pointing at the new build whenever you are ready to switch.
- A site that actually looks like a real business
Modern design that matches how your business actually feels, not a clicked-together template that looks like everyone else's.
- Works perfectly on phones
Most people looking for you are on a phone. This site is built for phones first, then tablets, then laptops, in that order.
- Everything you already have, better organized
Your hours, your services, your photos, your prices, your booking link, your menu, all of it, in one clean place that people can actually find.
- Fast, secure, and runs itself
Hosted on Cloudflare, the same network that powers Shopify and Discord. Always online, always secure, always fast. No plugins to update.
- You own it. Pay once. Forever.
$250 one time. No monthly fees for hosting. No subscription. No lock-in. The site is yours to keep, forever.
$250. One time. Yours forever.
You pay once. You own the website. Hosting is $0 per month. No monthly fees, no subscription, no surprise renewal email. If you ever stop using Launchpad, nothing happens, the site stays yours.
The monthly fees you'd be paying elsewhere.
Most website builders charge you every single month. The day you stop paying, your website is gone. Here's what that actually looks like over a year:
