Everything we do, under one roof.
One-on-one care from physiotherapists and a Registered Massage Therapist. Most extended health plans accepted, direct billing where available.
Physiotherapy
Every visit is one-on-one with a registered physiotherapist. We open with a thorough history and assessment, then move into hands-on treatment and a home exercise program built around your daily life.
Treatment focuses on restoring proper joint mechanics and muscle function. We use manual therapy, soft tissue release, taping, exercise prescription, and acupuncture where indicated.
- Initial assessment and treatment, 60 minutes
- Follow up treatment, 30 to 45 minutes
- Direct billing to most extended health plans
- WSIB and motor vehicle accident claims accepted
Running Physiotherapy
Whether you are training for a first 5k, a Boston qualifier, or just trying to run pain-free again, we look at the whole picture. Footwear, training load, gait, hip and ankle mobility, and the strength deficits behind a recurring issue.
Treatment combines manual therapy with progressive return-to-run programming. We are not interested in keeping you off your feet, we are interested in getting you back on them safely.
- Gait and movement assessment
- Footwear and training load review
- Strength work for runners
- Return-to-run programming
Pelvic Health Program
Pelvic health physiotherapy is a focused area of practice for women's and men's pelvic floor concerns. We treat urinary and fecal incontinence, urgency, pelvic pain, painful intercourse, post-prostatectomy recovery, and pelvic organ prolapse.
Care is delivered by physiotherapists with advanced certification in pelvic health. Internal assessment is offered with full informed consent, never a default. Most visits combine external manual therapy, education, and a graded home program.
- Women's pelvic floor assessment and treatment
- Men's pelvic floor, post-prostatectomy
- Pelvic pain and painful intercourse
- Pelvic organ prolapse
Prenatal and Postpartum Physiotherapy
Prenatal physiotherapy can address low back and pelvic pain, breath and posture changes, and pelvic floor preparation for delivery. Postpartum care covers diastasis recti assessment, c-section scar mobility, pelvic floor recovery, and a safe return to running and strength training.
Visits are quiet, unhurried, and pace-matched to where you are in pregnancy or recovery. Bring your baby if you need to, this is not a problem.
- Prenatal pain management
- Pelvic floor preparation for delivery
- Diastasis recti assessment
- Postpartum return to running and strength
Registered Massage Therapy
Therapeutic massage from a Registered Massage Therapist. Treatment is built around your goals, whether that is recovery from training, relief from a tight neck and shoulders, or a regular wellness rhythm.
Massage is covered by most extended health benefit plans under a separate RMT line item, separate from your physio coverage. Bring your insurance card so we can check direct billing.
- 60 and 90 minute sessions
- Deep tissue and Swedish techniques
- Sport recovery massage
- Direct billing where available
Shockwave Therapy
Focused shockwave is a great option for stubborn conditions that have not resolved with standard care. Plantar fasciitis, achilles and patellar tendinopathy, tennis and golfer's elbow, calcific shoulder tendinopathy, and trigger-point pain are the cases we see most.
Treatment is a short course, usually three to five sessions a week apart, paired with loading exercise. Most patients notice meaningful change inside the course.
- Plantar fasciitis · Achilles tendinopathy
- Tennis and golfer's elbow
- Calcific shoulder tendinopathy
- Trigger-point pain and chronic muscle knots
Acupuncture
Acupuncture is offered as part of a physiotherapy treatment plan, used alongside manual therapy and exercise where it helps with pain modulation and muscle release. Sterile single-use needles, careful placement, and a clear explanation of what we are working on.
- Pain modulation
- Trigger-point dry needling
- Acupuncture within a physiotherapy session
A clear path, from first call to fully recovered.
