John Smallwood

John grew up in Newfoundland and studied at Acadia University, graduating with a Bachelor of Physical Education in 1997 before completing his Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy at Dalhousie in 2000. He moved to London the same year and has been practising in the city ever since.

John founded the original clinic in May 2010 and rebranded as 360 Health Group Inc in March 2018. He opened the standalone Byron clinic on April 3, 2018. He still treats patients full-time, so the clinic line reaches him during business hours.

Adriana

Adriana completed her Bachelor of Science at the University of Western Ontario in 2004 and her Master of Physical Therapy at D'Youville College in Buffalo, New York in 2008. She has advanced education and certification in women's and men's pelvic health, incontinence, pelvic pain, and concussion management.

In her thirteen plus years of clinical practice she has worked with NHL players, Team Canada athletes, gold medalist martial art competitors, professional tennis players, professional musicians, celebrity chefs, post-op surgical repairs, weekend warriors, runners, and the rest of the list. She uses a functional approach to recovery built around education, manual therapy, soft tissue release, cupping, acupuncture, taping, and exercise prescription.

Andrea

Andrea was born in Timmins, Ontario. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology from Brock University in 2012, then completed her Master of Science in Physiotherapy at McMaster University in 2014. She works with a broad caseload of orthopaedic and sport injuries.

Her approach pairs careful hands-on assessment with progressive exercise programming, so patients leave each visit with a clear sense of what changed and what to do at home.

Laura

Laura is a physiotherapist with a focus on women's pelvic health, rheumatology, and chronic pain management. She is patient-led, gentle in pace, and a strong believer in plain-language explanations.

Most of her caseload is pelvic health and chronic pain. She works closely with the other physios in the clinic on complex cases that benefit from a second set of eyes.

Registered Massage Therapist

Alexandra Dabbs

Alexandra is the clinic's Registered Massage Therapist. She offers therapeutic massage built around your goals, whether that is recovery from training, relief from a tight neck and shoulders, or a regular wellness rhythm.

Most extended health plans cover RMT separately from physiotherapy, so you can see Alexandra alongside your physio visits. Bring your insurance card to the first appointment so we can check direct billing.

How We Practice

Three commitments, every patient.

01

Independent and locally owned

360 Health Group is locally owned and operated, not a chain. Every clinical decision is made by the practitioner you see, not a head office.

02

One-on-one, every visit

Treatment is one-on-one with your practitioner, never delegated to an assistant. You are paying for skilled hands and time on your case.

03

Home programs that travel with you

We back every visit with a written home plan you can do at the gym, at home, or in a hotel room. The work that matters happens between sessions.

Ready when you are

Pick a time. We will take it from there.

New patient? Plan on a 60-minute first visit. We use that time for a full history, hands-on assessment, an initial treatment, and a written home plan.
