Owner and physiotherapist John Smallwood has practised in London since 2000. He opened his original clinic in 2010 and rebranded it as 360 Health Group in 2018, opening the standalone Byron clinic on Commissioners Road West.
Today the clinic brings physiotherapists and registered massage therapists together under one roof, so your care stays connected. Pelvic health, prenatal and postpartum, running, shockwave, manual therapy, and massage are all part of one coordinated team.
We are not a chain and we do not hand you off. You see the same practitioner, one on one, from your first assessment to your last visit.

One-on-one, every visit
Treatment is one-on-one with your physiotherapist or massage therapist, never delegated to an assistant. You are paying for skilled hands and time on your case.
Home programs that travel with you
We back every visit with a written home program you can do at the gym, at home, or in a hotel room. The work that matters happens between sessions.
Direct billing, most extended health plans.
We direct bill to most major insurers, so in many cases you only pay your portion at the visit. We also accept WSIB and motor vehicle accident claims. Bring your insurance details to your first appointment and we will check your coverage.
