What to expect when you walk in.

Welcome and intake
Sign in at the desk. Bring your OHIP card, any benefits card, and your current glasses or contacts.

Pre-tests and imaging
A team member runs a few quick screening tests and any retinal imaging before you sit with the doctor.
- 03
Exam with the doctor
An unhurried exam with Dr. Schropp or an associate, including the integrative wellness conversation about screens, sleep, and daily habits.
- 04
Findings, frames, and follow-up
A plain-English review of what we found. Then the eyewear studio if you need new glasses, or a follow-up plan if anything needs monitoring.
