  • Three locations are easy to miss

    The site mentions Byron, West 5, and Kincardine but the multi-location story is buried in the hours table. The redesigned site features three location cards on the Home and About pages so a patient near any of them can see right away that the practice serves them.

  • Board Certified Orthodontist status not surfaced

    Mark Tesseyman is Board Certified, a real credential, and the current site mentions it only in passing. The redesigned site puts "Mark Tesseyman, Board Certified" in the header wordmark, hero eyebrow, and footer.

  • Services page is light on detail

    The current site lists "traditional braces" and "modern discreet solutions" as two short bullets. The redesigned site lays them out as 6 chapter sections with icon-card breakdowns (traditional, discreet, customised treatment, all ages, retention, three locations) and a 6-card jump nav.

  • Instagram not linked

    Facebook and YouTube are linked from the current site but not Instagram. Most orthodontic practices use Instagram for before/after smile stories. If the practice has an account, we wire it in; if not, we recommend starting one.

  • It works, but it blends in

    The site does the job, but nothing about it makes someone stop and say “this place looks great.” You're doing the work, the site just isn't showing it off.
