Childbirth education
Small-group and one-on-one classes that walk families through the stages of labour, comfort techniques, partner roles, and what to expect at the hospital or birth centre. Plain language. Time for follow-up questions.

Doula support
Continuous physical, emotional, and informational support through labour and delivery. We meet two or three times prenatally to build the plan, and then I am there for the day, wherever your birth ends up happening.

Lactation support
In-home or in-clinic lactation visits for new families navigating the early weeks. Latch, supply, weighted feeds, comfort, and the practical questions that always come up at 2am.

A meet-and-greet, always first.

Insurance and EHB reimbursement varies by plan and service. Receipts are provided.
