About · Byron Village

Birth is a team sport.

I support families through the full perinatal arc, from prenatal education to the day itself to the early postpartum weeks. The work is continuous, it is plain-language, and it is built around your specific family and your specific birth.

Rebecca Robertson, childbirth educator and doula in Byron Village
Meet Rebecca

Rebecca Robertson.

I trained as a childbirth educator, doula, and lactation consultant, and I run my practice out of Rebirth Wellness Byron Village under the brand Rebecca Claire Wellness. My focus is the full perinatal arc, education before, presence during, and lactation follow-up after.

Most families book either childbirth education and doula support together, or doula and lactation together. Some book all three. Whichever fits.

We always start with a no-cost meet-and-greet. Doula relationships work best when there is genuine fit, and that is hard to know from a website.

How I work

Three principles in the practice.

01

Continuous, not transactional

Doula and education relationships work best across the full perinatal arc. We meet before, we work the day of, we follow up after. Not three separate transactions.

02

Plain language always

Plenty of providers talk over you about your own birth. Not me. We use plain language, we make sure you understand what is on the table, and we make decisions together.

03

Partner work matters

If you have a partner, they are not a bystander. A big part of my prenatal work is getting them ready to support you on the day. They are part of the team.

Let's meet.
