Slower, sustained pressure into long-standing muscle pain. Trigger point and myofascial techniques as the session calls for them.
Targeted work on the muscles that contribute to tension-type headaches, including the neck, jaw, and base of the skull.
Gentle return-to-comfort work for soft-tissue injuries once the acute phase has passed. Communicates with your physician if helpful.
A slower full-body session focused on reducing stress and supporting recovery. Less about fixing one trouble spot, more about giving the nervous system an hour off.
Effleurage and gentle kneading across the full body, with the pressure and pace set to your comfort.
An hour of quiet, designed to lower the nervous system. Many clients book one weekly during high-stress stretches.

Sessions are booked by phone. Receipts for Registered Massage Therapy are issued at the end of every appointment so you can submit to your extended health benefit plan.

Session pricing reflects current College of Massage Therapists of Ontario guidelines and the booking duration. Call to confirm current rates for a 30, 45, 60, or 90 minute session. Receipts for extended health benefits are provided for every Registered Massage Therapy appointment.
