The Practice

One person, one hour at a time.

This is a small practice on purpose. There is no reception team, no second therapist, and no walk-in window. Every appointment is booked by phone, every session is delivered by Nicholas, and every receipt is issued at the door at the end of the visit.

Sessions are tailored to what each client brings in on the day. Some weeks that is sustained pressure on a long-standing back complaint. Other weeks it is a quiet hour of relaxation work after a stretch of stress. Pressure, pace, and focus area adjust as the session unfolds.

Registered Massage Therapists in Ontario are regulated by the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Receipts for sessions can be submitted to most extended health benefit plans for reimbursement.

How the practice works

Four small principles.

01

By appointment only

One client at a time. Booking by phone means you reach Nicholas directly, the rate is confirmed up front, and no one is left waiting in a hallway. If a voicemail is left, the call gets returned between sessions.

02

One practitioner, every session

You are not handed off. The same therapist plans every session you book, remembers what worked last visit, and adjusts the plan as your needs change.

03

A quiet treatment space

Nicholas works from a dedicated treatment space at 258 Grandview Avenue in Byron. Easy parking, quiet street, no waiting room shared with other clinics.

04

Receipts for benefits

Every Registered Massage Therapy session ends with a receipt that you can submit to your extended health benefit plan. Bring your benefits card to the appointment if you have one.
