Chef Patson Massey trained at the prestigious Taj Palace Hotel in New Delhi and brings over 35 years of culinary expertise to every dish.

Hand blended daily

Spices are hand selected and blended fresh every day, using techniques Patson inherited from his mother. No flour, gelatin, cornstarch or MSG.

Family run since 2005

Patson and his wife Anisha opened Massey's in 2005. Anisha still greets regulars by name and remembers their order.

Butter Chicken

Mild broiled chicken cooked in a buttery, smooth, creamy sauce of tomato, onion and traditional spices. The dish people drive across London for, and the one Chef Massey will not change.
