Meet Terri Ternoey, RMT.
Terri has spent her career doing one thing well: helping people move and feel better through hands-on therapeutic work. As a Registered Massage Therapist she meets the regulated standard of care in Ontario, and as a Fascial Stretch Specialist she brings a second skill that many clinics simply do not offer.
When she opened Health Essentials Clinic in September 1995, the goal was a calm, focused space where the work is therapeutic, not a spa add-on. Thirty years later that is still what it is. People come in with the tightness, the recovery, and the range-of-motion goals that real bodies carry, and they leave moving better.
