Our audit crawler returned a TLS certificate validation error on both the root and www. variants of the domain. Some browsers will throw the same warning to patients. A working HTTPS certificate is the baseline trust signal for any medical practice; an SSL warning kills the first-impression call.

DNS confirms GoDaddy hosting (72.167.124.x range, NS=domaincontrol.com) which is either GoDaddy Website Builder or managed WordPress. Both carry recurring monthly fees that you don't need to keep paying. The clinic, the team, the patient relationships are all yours. The website should be yours too, not a SaaS line item.
- Eleven plus years in Byron is hidden under stock WordPress imagery
Andrea grew up in Byron. That is one of the strongest local hooks in audiology marketing. On the current homepage it appears in a single line of body copy near the bottom of the About page. The new design opens with it.
- Nine services listed as a flat WordPress grid with no narrative
Hearing tests, hearing aids, children's services, repairs, assistive devices, counselling, wax removal, auditory processing, custom earmolds. On the current site these are nine identical thumbnail cards. The new design organises them into adult / children / ongoing care chapters with the real photos already on disk.
- It works, but it blends in
The site does the job, but nothing about it makes someone stop and say “this place looks great.” You're doing the work, the site just isn't showing it off.
- An HTTPS-clean preview running on Cloudflare Pages
The new site is served over HTTPS automatically, with a properly configured certificate. No "Not Secure" warning in any browser. When we point your domain at the new build, the SSL issue goes away the same day.
- Andrea + Megan named on the home page hero and the about page
Both audiologists named immediately, the Byron-grown-up story moved to the home page lead, and a dedicated About page expands the team narrative. The patient knows who they're calling before they call.
- Nine services bundled into adult / children / ongoing-care chapters
Hearing tests, hearing aids and counselling sit under adult care. Children's services + auditory processing under pediatric. Wax removal, repairs, assistive devices, custom molds under ongoing care. Patients find what they need in the first scroll.
