Dr. Cook's practice operates from inside Westmount Centre, the shopping plaza at the corner of Wonderland Road South and Viscount in south London. Free mall parking, walkable from the bus stops along Wonderland.
The fastest way to book is to call. Until the live site goes up, every appointment is scheduled by phone.

Posted hours are not yet published online. Mall hours and clinic hours do not always overlap at Westmount Centre, so a quick call avoids a wasted trip.
Westmount Centre is the shopping plaza on the southwest corner of Wonderland Road South and Viscount Road. The optometric practice sits inside the mall. If you cannot find it on the directory, the easiest move is to call the office and we will walk you to the door.
Free parking in the surface lot. The 12 Wonderland bus route stops at the mall, and the 90 Sarnia Road and 13 Wellington routes are short walks away.

A quick call to confirm hours, OHIP eligibility, and the type of visit you need. About 3 to 5 minutes.

A time slot inside Dr. Cook's calendar, scheduled around mall hours. Most routine exams are available the same or next week.

Walk into Westmount Centre
Park in the surface lot, walk to the practice inside the mall, hand over your health card, and Dr. Cook takes it from there.

A full eye exam, plain-English explanation of what Dr. Cook found, and recommendations for next steps if any are needed.
