Jess Dickie, MTA

Jess is a Certified Music Therapist (MTA) practising in London Ontario since 2015. She founded Connections Music Therapy to offer affirming, goal-led music therapy for clients of every ability.

Sessions draw on song, instruments, listening, and movement to support communication, emotional expression, motor function, and connection. Whether you are coming for weekly one-on-one work, bringing a school group, or hosting an inclusive birthday party, the music room is built around you.

Connections is a 2025 London Community Votes Platinum Winner in Music Lessons, Youth Music Lessons, and Therapy and Counselling, a vote of confidence from the families we serve.

How We Practise

Three commitments, every session.

01

Affirming

Neurodiversity-affirming, accessibility-first, and welcoming to every client and family. The music room belongs to whoever walks into it.

02

Goal-led

Sessions begin with a clear conversation about what you want music therapy to support, and the work is documented and revisited.

03

Community-rooted

Co-located inside Maple and Spruce Music Academy on Wellington Road, shared with educators who care about the same families.
