Food & Takeout

Two ways to eat at Boler. Sit down in the chalet, or grab takeout on the patio with the slopes in front of you. Either way, it comes out of the same chef driven kitchen.

How it works

Chalet plate or patio window.

The Chalet Kitchen

Inside our 16,000 square foot chalet you will find hot, family friendly food prepared fresh by our kitchen team. It is the warm place to land between runs, after the bike trails, or when the whole family needs a proper meal.

Seating is first come most days, with reservations for brunches and special events.

Patio Takeout

When the sun is out, the patio takeout window is the quickest way to refuel. Order food and drinks to go, then eat on the deck overlooking the hill, the bike trails and the Treetop Adventure Park.

Perfect for a quick bite before heading back out for another lap.

On the plate

Fresh, healthy, family friendly.

Executive Chef Kim Sutherland designs our food around fresh, healthy fare that works for the whole crew, from the youngest skier to the grandparents along for the day. The kitchen leans on hearty, comforting plates that fuel a day outdoors, and the offering shifts with the season and the events on the calendar.

What is on today? Our day to day menu changes with the season and the hill's schedule. For the current chalet and takeout offering, call food services at (519) 657-8822 x228.
