Eat at the mountain

Boler Mountain is Byron's year round playground, and the chalet is where everyone gathers when the runs close for the day. Our kitchen and patio takeout serve fresh, family friendly food, and our chef caters everything from corporate lunches to full weddings.

In the kitchen

Chef driven,
family friendly.

Our food is led by Executive Chef Kim Sutherland, a local Londoner and former Executive Chef at Budweiser Gardens. Kim builds our menus around fresh, healthy fare that the whole family will actually eat, and runs the catering side for corporate functions, weddings and private events.

It is the same kitchen behind the chalet plate, the takeout window and the banquet table, so the food is consistent whether you are grabbing lunch between runs or planning the big day.
