DNS records show Marketo automation tags (mktomail.com) plus custom IP ranges in the 172.98.82.x block. That's the signature of a paid marketing platform (BeMarketing, HearingHealth, or similar) recurring monthly to keep the corporate site running. Bentley already has the patient relationships in London. The website should be a brochure that pays for itself, not a SaaS line item.

The current site treats the three Bentley clinics as identical. Patients searching "audiologist Byron 440 Boler" land on a generic locations page that doesn't show the Byron clinic specifically, the practitioner who works there, or the parking situation in the 440 Boler medical building.
- Dr. Bentley's credentials are buried under marketing copy
Au.D. (2008), MSc Audiology (1992), Canadian Academy of Audiology Board Member, CASLPO registered, Speech-Language and Audiology Canada member, and three decades of independent practice. On the current site these credentials live on a generic "About" page that ranks for nothing specific.
- The brain-health story is the lead, not a sub-page
"Better Hearing, Healthier Brain" is Bentley's actual tagline. It is also the strongest patient-acquisition hook in audiology today, with the 2024 Lancet Commission naming hearing loss as the single most modifiable mid-life risk factor for dementia. The current site uses the line but doesn't build the homepage around it.

The site does the job, but nothing about it makes someone stop and say “this place looks great.” You're doing the work, the site just isn't showing it off.

The new preview is built for the 440 Boler location specifically: address, parking, the medical building it sits inside, walk-in hours for wax removal, and the Byron-resident voice. Each of the three Bentley clinics could get its own page.
