Diagnostic Testing
A real hearing test, not a screening
A free 30-minute consultation gets you a structured conversation. The full diagnostic adds pure-tone audiometry, tympanometry to check the middle ear, speech-in-noise testing, and otoscopy of the canal. We write up a report you can show your family physician.

Hearing Aids
Devices, fittings, and the part that actually matters: tuning
Hearing aids are 20% device and 80% programming. A great aid, badly tuned, is a $4,000 paperweight. We fit and program every device against a real-ear measurement, so the sound your ear actually receives matches the prescription. Follow-up fine-tuning is included.

All major manufacturers, no manufacturer contract pulling the recommendation.
Real-Ear Verification
Probe-tube measurement at fitting, not just the manufacturer software defaults.
Trial Period

Follow-Up Tuning

Tinnitus
The ringing is real. It can also be managed.
Up to one in five adults experiences tinnitus. We assess severity, identify any underlying hearing loss, then build a treatment plan that combines sound therapy, counselling, and device-based masking.
Assess
Pitch, loudness, impact on sleep and concentration. A complete picture before we recommend anything.
Treat
Sound therapy, lifestyle counselling, hearing aids with built-in tinnitus maskers if appropriate.
Follow Up
Tinnitus changes over months. Quarterly follow-ups keep the plan honest.
