Chris is a co-founder of Active Care Physiotherapy, opening the clinic with his wife Laura in November 2003. He specialises in manual therapy, exercise prescription, and vestibular rehabilitation.
Chris enjoys treating active individuals across every age group and is particularly experienced with vestibular conditions, including BPPV, vertigo, and post-concussion dizziness.
Laura is the second co-founder of the clinic. With more than twenty years of physiotherapy practice, she specialises in exercise prescription, manual therapy, acupuncture, and pelvic floor physiotherapy.
Laura places particular emphasis on women's health, from pre and postnatal care through to pelvic floor rehabilitation. Patients with concerns about bladder, bowel, or pelvic pain often find their way to her practice.
Devanshi has been a registered physiotherapist since 2018. She focuses on orthopaedic and geriatric rehabilitation, working from a holistic, patient-centred approach with manual therapy and acupuncture as core tools.
Jackeline brings more than fourteen years of experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and chronic pain management, with advanced training in manual therapy, Pilates, and Rolfing® structural integration.
Juhi has more than three years of clinical experience focused on musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Her practice emphasises injury management, pain relief, and functional rehabilitation.
Shaylyn completed her Master's degree at the University of Liverpool and has a decade of clinical experience. She focuses on musculoskeletal care, with interests in concussion management and paediatric physiotherapy.
Jordana graduated from D'Arcy Lane Institute in 2009. She specialises in pre and postnatal massage and infant massage, with strong experience treating athletic injuries and joint dysfunction.
Ross has been practising since 2000. He works with trigger point therapy, myofascial release, active release techniques, and relaxation massage, customising each appointment to the patient's needs.
Brad is our certified pedorthist. He specialises in custom foot orthotics, compression socks, kinesio taping, and bracing, with comprehensive gait analysis at the start of every fitting.
Kathy is a registered occupational therapist from Western University. She brings extensive hospital and community experience to the team, and authorises assistive mobility devices through the Assistive Devices Programme.
Randy joined the team in 2022 after graduating from Trios College. He brings energy and warm client engagement to every day at the clinic.
Kiersten holds degrees from the University of Waterloo in Kinesiology and from Conestoga College. She organises student learning placements and supports team development.
Paige is a Fanshawe College graduate who joined the team in 2022. She is passionate about the patients' health journeys and volunteers with wildlife rehabilitation in her spare time.
