Why your site should look like this.
This page isn't a sales pitch. It's a plain-English look at what your current website is doing well, what it's doing poorly, and what Launchpad would change if you gave us the green light.
- Wix with recurring template, hosting, and bookings fees
westmountfamilydental.ca runs on Wix. That comes with a yearly Wix Business plan plus add-on bookings, SEO, and ascend marketing fees. Conservatively $45 to $90 per month, going up whenever Wix runs a renewal price hike. The redesigned site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages at no monthly cost.
- Online search snippet still says "Closing Soon"
A stale Facebook page snippet that hit a Google search index says the practice is "Closing Soon". Most prospective patients will not click past that line. The redesigned site asserts "open since 1994, evening and Saturday hours" front and center, in plain text the search engine indexes correctly.
- Thirty-plus year heritage is buried
Dr. Kim has been on Wonderland Road since 1994. The live site mentions this in passing. The redesigned site uses it as the hero tagline, a "1994" trust-signal stat, and a year-by-year timeline so patients see it the moment they land.
- Multilingual team is not surfaced
Shirin speaks Kurdish and Farsi, opening the door for families who feel more comfortable describing dental concerns in their first language. Currently this is a single mention deep in the team page. The redesigned site puts it on Home, Contact, and the team card.
- Hours of operation buried under sub-pages
Patients have to click into a side-page on the live site to see when you are open. The redesigned site puts the full hours table on Contact and surfaces "evening and Saturday appointments" on Home, About, and the footer.
- Stock dental clip-art on the services pages
The current services pages mix the real Westmount clinic photography (you have a lot of it) with generic dental-stock and clip-art. The redesigned site uses only real photos pulled from your live site, in their original high-resolution.
- It works, but it blends in
The site does the job, but nothing about it makes someone stop and say “this place looks great.” You're doing the work, the site just isn't showing it off.
- Wix charges you every single month
And the day you stop paying, your website disappears. You don't own it, you rent it, forever. For most small businesses that's $300 to $500 a year, just to have a website exist.
- "Giving London the gift of a healthy smile since 1994" as the hero
The real Westmount tagline, set in Inria Serif display against a deep-chestnut gradient over the existing reception photo.
- Nine-chapter Services section
Every Westmount service surfaced as its own chapter with verbatim Dr. Kim copy and four concrete bullets per chapter, jumping from a 9-card top nav so patients land where they need.
- Year-by-year timeline on About
1982 London resident, 1994 practice opens, 2005/2011/2019 staff additions. Patients see the full thirty-plus year arc on one page.
- Four real team headshots wired into the team grid
Dr. Kim plus Lisa, Shirin, and Dina, each with their verbatim Westmount-site bio (Fanshawe 2005, Medix 2011, Algonquin 2006).
- Full hours table with Saturday highlighted
Mon 12-8, Tue 9-7:30, Wed-Thu 9-6, Fri-Sat 9-3, plus the emergency-call window (Mon-Sat 8am-7pm). Surfaced on Contact in the same place every dental practice should put it.
- A site that actually looks like a real business
Modern design that matches how your business actually feels, not a clicked-together template that looks like everyone else's.
- Works perfectly on phones
Most people looking for you are on a phone. This site is built for phones first, then tablets, then laptops, in that order.
- Everything you already have, better organized
Your hours, your services, your photos, your prices, your booking link, your menu, all of it, in one clean place that people can actually find.
- Fast, secure, and runs itself
Hosted on Cloudflare, the same network that powers Shopify and Discord. Always online, always secure, always fast. No plugins to update.
- You own it. Pay once. Forever.
One time. No monthly fees for hosting. No subscription. No lock-in. The site is yours to keep, forever.
One time. Yours forever.
You pay once. You own the website. Hosting is $0 per month. No monthly fees, no subscription, no surprise renewal email. If you ever stop using Launchpad, nothing happens, the site stays yours.
The monthly fees you'd be paying elsewhere.
Most website builders charge you every single month. The day you stop paying, your website is gone. Here's what that actually looks like over a year:
