About the clinic

West 5 Physiotherapy & Health Centre is an independent clinic on the second tier of the Sifton Centre, on Riverbend Road. We work with patients from Byron, Lambeth, Oakridge, Westmount and the new West 5 community itself.
Who we are
Practitioner-owned, west-end focused.
We opened in the Sifton Centre because the west end of London is underserved when it comes to small, independent physiotherapy. Byron and Lambeth residents shouldn't have to drive across the city for an appointment.
We keep the roster small on purpose. The same person you book with is the person who treats you, week after week. No churn, no rotating shifts.

Manual therapy where the joint or tissue actually needs work. No filler appointments.

Exercise rehab you can do at home, so the work continues between visits.

In the building
Sifton Centre, Suite 220.
The Sifton Centre houses a mix of independent professional offices, a dental practice, a pharmacy, a walk-in clinic, and West 5 Optometry on the same floor. It is a quiet medical building with steady foot traffic from the West 5 residential community across Riverbend Road.
Free surface parking is available immediately outside the building. The lobby is ground-floor accessible.

Physical exam
Range of motion, strength testing, joint stability, special tests as warranted. We tell you what we find.

Plan
Expected number of visits, what each visit will cover, and the home program you'll be working on between sessions.

First treatment
Most first visits include a treatment block at the end. You leave with something to do, not just an appointment card.
