A small team, bigger ambition

We started Virtue25 because the work we cared about most — the festivals, the capsules, the community moments — was being made like an afterthought. Fast, flat, forgettable. We thought it deserved better.

So we built a small London team around a single idea: treat every job like it's earned. Then we kept saying yes — to the website, to the ad spend, to the bookkeeping, to the POS — until we were doing the whole job, not just the pretty part.

We're small on purpose. Senior hands on every project, no layers between you and the people actually making the thing. From a world‑record falafel wrap to a brand‑new storefront, the bar doesn't move: make people feel something, and make the business impossible to ignore.
