Veronica's Hairshoppe on Commissioners Road West is a specialty salon led by Veronica Warner, offering custom wigs, hairpieces, and cold caps for clients undergoing chemotherapy.
The shop also runs as a full-service hair salon for the Byron community, Tuesday through Saturday. After more than twenty years, much of the work comes from people who were sent here by someone she helped before.
The specialty side, wigs and cold caps for cancer patients, grew out of the same instinct that runs the whole salon: sit down, take your time, and leave feeling more like yourself than when you walked in.
