Why your site should look like this.
This page isn't a sales pitch. It's a plain-English look at what your current website is doing well, what it's doing poorly, and what Launchpad would change if you gave us the green light.
- spencerdentistry.ca has SSL certificate issues
The current site returns an "unknown certificate verification error" when crawled. That means browsers may show "Not Secure" warnings to patients, search engines penalize the listing, and link previews break in iMessage, Slack, and Apple Mail. The redesigned site ships with a valid SSL by default through Cloudflare Pages, so this disappears at launch.
- WordPress on Liquid Web at $25 to $50 per month
The current setup runs WordPress on Liquid Web managed hosting. That is roughly $25 to $50 a month in recurring hosting + theme + maintenance fees, before any plugin or developer touch-ups. Over five years that is $1,500 to $3,000. Owning a static site means none of that recurring cost.
- No public list of who the three dentists are
The practice has three dentists on staff but no easy place online to see who they are or what they each focus on. The redesigned About page has dedicated space for bios and headshots, ready to populate at the sales visit.
- Hours and CDCP status not surfaced
Hours, evening availability, and Canadian Dental Care Plan acceptance status are not publicly stated. The redesigned site has clearly labeled spaces for both, ready to fill in before launch.
- Logo asset is a low-res 250 by 90 WebP
The current logo is a small 250 by 90 pixel WebP. Fine for the desktop header at 52px, but a vector SVG would handle retina displays, larger placements, and print collateral cleanly. We can produce one from the existing mark.
- Established 2005 is not visible anywhere
Twenty years on Commissioners Road is a real trust signal. The redesigned site puts "Est. 2005" in the header eyebrow, the hero, the footer, and on the About page.
- It works, but it blends in
The site does the job, but nothing about it makes someone stop and say “this place looks great.” You're doing the work, the site just isn't showing it off.
- Established 2005 is part of the brand
Twenty years on Commissioners Road shown in the header, the hero, and the footer. A real trust signal made visible.
- Three dentists framed as a strength
Continuity of care, more capacity for same-day emergencies, and faster treatment plans. The redesigned site presents the three-dentist setup as a feature, not a footnote.
- Persistent Book Now button in the header
Sticky on desktop. Floating contact widget on mobile so the phone number stays one tap away from any scroll position.
- Five-card Services jump nav
General, restorative, cosmetic, family, emergency. Patients land on the specific service they need without scrolling past the others.
- First-paint logo splash, scoped to one session
The brand mark animates in on the first visit, then never again in the same browser tab.
- A site that actually looks like a real business
Modern design that matches how your business actually feels, not a clicked-together template that looks like everyone else's.
- Works perfectly on phones
Most people looking for you are on a phone. This site is built for phones first, then tablets, then laptops, in that order.
- Everything you already have, better organized
Your hours, your services, your photos, your prices, your booking link, your menu, all of it, in one clean place that people can actually find.
- Fast, secure, and runs itself
Hosted on Cloudflare, the same network that powers Shopify and Discord. Always online, always secure, always fast. No plugins to update.
- You own it. Pay once. Forever.
$250 one time. No monthly fees for hosting. No subscription. No lock-in. The site is yours to keep, forever.
$250. One time. Yours forever.
You pay once. You own the website. Hosting is $0 per month. No monthly fees, no subscription, no surprise renewal email. If you ever stop using Launchpad, nothing happens, the site stays yours.
The monthly fees you'd be paying elsewhere.
Most website builders charge you every single month. The day you stop paying, your website is gone. Here's what that actually looks like over a year:
