Sole-istic Touch is the work of Elsa Winterkorn, a holistic practitioner and the sole owner and operator. When you book, you are booking with Elsa, not a rota of staff. The mantra is simple: leave your stress in my hands.
The spa lives in a private room on Schraeder Street in Byron, and has served the neighbourhood since 2013. It is boutique by design, intimate and unhurried, so the focus stays on the person on the table. The work begins at the feet, with reflexology and foot care, and reaches out into jade stone massage, aromatherapy, cupping, and holistic detox from there.
Visits are by appointment only, and gift cards are available online through WaySpa for anyone who could use a quiet hour.
