    riverparkdental.ca returns 403 to most automated requests, including crawlers and link-previews. That makes the site harder to index, harder to share in Maps results, and harder for tools like Apple Messages, Slack, or iMessage to generate a preview when a patient texts a friend the link. The redesigned site is fully open to crawlers (rules from robots.txt) and ships proper Open Graph cards so links look right on every platform.

  • Two separate domains for the same office

    riverparkdental.ca and londondentures.com are run as parallel sites for the same practice and the same phone number. That's two CMS licences, two SSL certificates, two sets of analytics, and a confusing brand split for anyone Googling. The redesigned site collapses the denture identity into a clearly-marked section of the main site and the denture URL becomes a 301 redirect.

  • 262 reviews and 4.89 stars are not on the homepage

    That rating is the strongest single trust signal the practice has. The redesigned hero surfaces it directly under the headline with a styled rating chip, and the About page features the rating as its own card.

  • No staff or doctor bios are accessible to patients

    Without successful access to the site, we cannot confirm who practices there or how to introduce them. We have built dedicated space for that, but the sales team needs to capture dentist names and bios at the visit so we can wire them in correctly.

  • Hours and CDCP status not surfaced

    Cloudflare gating blocked us from confirming current hours and whether the practice accepts the Canadian Dental Care Plan. The redesigned site has clearly-labeled spaces for both. Confirm at the visit and we will fill them in before launch.

  • Logo size is on the small side

    The current PNG logo is 20KB and modest in resolution. For retina displays and large hero placements we recommend a vector SVG version, which we will produce from the current mark during launch week.

  • It works, but it blends in

    The site does the job, but nothing about it makes someone stop and say “this place looks great.” You're doing the work, the site just isn't showing it off.
