The current site is a Wix template. Monthly subscription, template constraints on layout, and limited room for the practice's "walk-in plus shower plus RMT" story. Wix sites also tend to lag on mobile load and rank lower locally than independently hosted sites.
- Pricing is harder to find than it should be
The $50 / $60 / $70 / $100 ladder and the $135 plus HST RMT rate are buried mid-page. For a walk-in clinic where price is half the value pitch, pricing belongs in a band that loads above the fold and again on a dedicated Services page.
- Testimonials look like Wix placeholders
The three quoted reviews on the current site use the Wix default review widget format, not real Google or Facebook reviews. The new build keeps the same three reviewers but frames them honestly as on-site comments, not a fake five-star widget. Real Google reviews can be wired in once you have a few.
- The "five rooms with showers" detail is hidden
That is the single most differentiating feature of this clinic. Five refurbished rooms, each with an integrated shower. On the current homepage it appears once, mid-paragraph. On the new build it leads the About page, opens the Home page, and gets a dedicated card on Services.
- No structured nav for couples or RMT
Couples massage and RMT are different products with different price points and different booking patterns. The new build treats them as distinct service chapters with their own intros and prices.
- Gift cards are a separate page, easy to miss
Gift cards live on a sub-route on the current site with no surfacing on the homepage. The new build links gift cards from the footer of every page and from the Contact page directly under the booking CTA.
- It works, but it blends in
The site does the job, but nothing about it makes someone stop and say “this place looks great.” You're doing the work, the site just isn't showing it off.
