Office Ergonomic Assessments

An in-person or virtual workstation assessment by a Professional Ergonomist trained in Kinesiology. We assess seated and standing posture, monitor and keyboard placement, mouse position, chair fit, lighting, and the way the day actually unfolds at your desk.

The output is a written report with specific equipment and adjustment recommendations, in the format insurers and employers actually use. Optional follow-up to verify the change worked.

  • In-person at your office or virtual via video
  • Single workstation or whole-team batch
  • Written report within 5 business days
  • WSIB and insurer billing supported

ergoCentric Showroom

Suite 280 is a working ergoCentric showroom. You sit in the chair before specifying. Task chairs, sit-stand desks, monitor arms, keyboards, mice, footrests, and lumbar supports are all on display.

An ergonomist walks you through the line, helps you find the chair that actually fits, and documents the specification so HR or facilities can move ahead with the order.

  • Full ergoCentric line on display
  • One-on-one fitting with an ergonomist
  • Documented specification for purchasing
  • Group visits for HR and facilities teams

Industrial and Plant Ergonomics

On-site assessments for manufacturing, warehousing, lab, and lab-adjacent environments. We score risk by task and posture, build a job demands analysis, specify equipment, and come back to validate that the change actually moved the risk score.

For high-injury-rate stations we work upstream with engineering and production planning so the redesign is implementable, not just well-scored.

  • Risk and posture scoring
  • Job demands analysis
  • Equipment and tool specification
  • Validation visit included

Return-to-Work and Accommodations

Workstation accommodations for employees returning to work post-injury, post-surgery, or after a long absence. We coordinate with the case manager, insurer, and physician so the chair and adjustments you specify are the chair and adjustments that actually get approved and installed.

Common cases: post-back-injury, post-arm/shoulder surgery, pregnancy accommodation, repetitive-strain conditions, and graduated return-to-work programs.

  • Coordination with WSIB and major insurers
  • Documented accommodation plans
  • Equipment specification and installation
  • Follow-up to verify success
How a project runs

Four steps, from intake to verified.

01

Intake call

Tell us the situation. One desk, a whole floor, a return-to-work, or a plant survey, we will scope it accurately on the call.

02

On-site assessment

An ergonomist visits in person (or by video for remote teams). We score posture, fit, and risk, and document everything.

03

Written report

A specification you can send to purchasing or insurance, complete with model numbers and adjustment notes.

04

Verification visit

We come back to confirm the change worked. If it did not, we recalibrate before closing the file.
