Named for the olive groves of California's Santa Ynez Valley, Los Olivos brings that sun-soaked table to Riverbend. We focus on freshness, showcasing local ingredients from many genres around the world, and we waste nothing. It is a restaurant, a pub, a tasting room and a bottle shop, all under one roof.

We import our own olive oil and balsamic vinegars from California's Santa Ynez Valley and pour them at the table. Take a bottle home, along with consignment wines, local honey, and premium dog treats. Book an educational tasting led by tasting notes from one of fewer than 350 olive oil sommeliers in the world.

From the second-floor Crow's Nest that seats up to 40 guests to a full restaurant buyout overlooking the Riverbend waterfall, we host the celebration, the launch and the long table. Sound systems, screens and a room that fits the moment.
