Why your site should look like this.
This page isn't a sales pitch. It's a plain-English look at what your current website is doing well, what it's doing poorly, and what Launchpad would change if you gave us the green light.
- Live "DONT DELETE THIS" placeholder text on the homepage
The current homepage on lambethdental.com still has unedited Divi template placeholder copy visible to every visitor that reads: "DONT DELETE THIS, Your content goes here. Edit or remove this text inline or in the module Content settings..." This is a developer note that was never removed. The redesigned site has nothing left over from the template builder.
- Built and managed by UThriveOnline
The current site footer reads "Web Design by UThriveOnline," which means the practice is paying a recurring WordPress maintenance fee to keep the site online. Owning the site outright with the redesigned version eliminates that monthly cost.
- Hours table only has Monday filled in
On the live site, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday rows show as empty under the Hours block even though the same 8am to 4pm hours apply. New visitors get the impression the practice is closed those days. The redesigned site shows Mon to Thu 8am to 4pm clearly, with the "evenings and Fri/Sat by appointment" line spelled out.
- Phone number mismatch in directories vs. site
The lead-data record had 519-652-3344 but the actual site phone (and the one on Google) is 519-652-2862. We sync every channel during launch so prospects calling from a directory listing reach the practice on the first try.
- Hotmail email address is a credibility tell
lambethdental@hotmail.com is the contact email on every page of the current site. A custom domain email (info@lambethdental.com or appointments@lambethdental.com) reads as more professional to new patients. The redesigned site can route to either, but a custom email comes with the package.
- Service blocks read as a wall of paragraph copy
On the current Services page, all six services are stacked paragraphs with no headings differentiation. The redesigned page presents each as a chapter with a 6-card jump nav at the top and icon-card breakdowns of what's actually included.
- It works, but it blends in
The site does the job, but nothing about it makes someone stop and say “this place looks great.” You're doing the work, the site just isn't showing it off.
- WordPress needs constant upkeep
WordPress sites break. Plugins stop working. Security patches pile up. If nobody's maintaining it, it eventually goes down or gets hacked, and you usually find out from a customer.
- Long-time Lambeth resident, on the front page
Dr. daSilva and family being long-time Lambeth residents is the strongest local-trust signal the practice has, and the redesigned site puts it directly under the hero, on the about page, and in the footer eyebrow.
- All three real patient reviews featured verbatim
Phil A., Maria Lynn G., and L. Robson. Real, attributed, no edits. Patients trust patient words more than marketing copy.
- Persistent Book Now button in the header
On desktop the sticky header keeps "Book Now" reachable as you scroll. On mobile, the floating contact widget keeps a one-tap call link present without blocking content.
- Gallery as its own page, not an afterthought
Nine clinic photos on a dedicated route, plus a section anchored on the Home page. Patients can preview the practice before they ever set foot in the door.
- Dr. daSilva's quote is the centerpiece of the About page
The "we look forward to another year serving Lambeth" quote is set apart in a pull-quote block with proper typography, so it actually reads as the personal note it is.
- A site that actually looks like a real business
Modern design that matches how your business actually feels, not a clicked-together template that looks like everyone else's.
- Works perfectly on phones
Most people looking for you are on a phone. This site is built for phones first, then tablets, then laptops, in that order.
- Everything you already have, better organized
Your hours, your services, your photos, your prices, your booking link, your menu, all of it, in one clean place that people can actually find.
- Fast, secure, and runs itself
Hosted on Cloudflare, the same network that powers Shopify and Discord. Always online, always secure, always fast. No plugins to update.
- You own it. Pay once. Forever.
$250 one time. No monthly fees for hosting. No subscription. No lock-in. The site is yours to keep, forever.
$250. One time. Yours forever.
You pay once. You own the website. Hosting is $0 per month. No monthly fees, no subscription, no surprise renewal email. If you ever stop using Launchpad, nothing happens, the site stays yours.
The monthly fees you'd be paying elsewhere.
Most website builders charge you every single month. The day you stop paying, your website is gone. Here's what that actually looks like over a year:
