What I do, in plain language.
One Registered Massage Therapist, four kinds of work. Most clients book a 60 or 90 minute therapeutic session and add cupping or trigger-point as needed.
Therapeutic Massage
The default starting point for new clients. A blend of Swedish strokes and focused therapeutic work, pressure matched to your goals. Calming enough to undo a stressful week, targeted enough to chip away at a stubborn knot.
- 60 minutes session
- 90 minutes session
- Pressure matched throughout
- Direct billing where available
Deep Tissue
Slower, focused work for chronic neck, shoulder, hip, and lower back tension. Paired with active stretches during the session and a written home plan you can keep up between visits.
Deep tissue is a pressure choice, not a different treatment. We can dial it up or down within a session based on what your body actually responds to.
- 60 minutes session
- 90 minutes session
- Stretching integrated
- Home plan included
Cupping and Trigger-Point
Silicone or glass cupping for fascial release and chronic muscle adhesion, plus precise trigger-point work for knots that have not resolved with regular massage. Expect circular marks for a few days, especially on the back and shoulders.
- 30 minute add-on to any massage
- Standalone session by request
- Aftercare instructions provided
Sport Recovery and Rehab
Soft tissue work and mobility coaching for sport recovery, post-op return to movement, and pregnancy-friendly sessions. The intake takes longer because we want to understand your training load, injury history, and return-to-play target.
- 60 minute recovery
- 90 minute recovery
- Pregnancy positioning available
- MVA and WSIB welcome with paperwork
Call the line. We will sort the rest.
Mention if you are new and we will reserve 75 minutes for your first visit. Mention if you have benefits and we will check direct billing while you fill out the intake.
